Buyer preferences & matching stock
Use a customer's saved requirements to find relevant available stock and arrange the next visit.
1.Save the customer's requirements
Open the inquiry and use Buyer preferences & matching stock. Enter a budget range, preferred brand, fuel or vehicle type. Saving preferences requires Manage Inquiries permission.
2.Review available matches
Save the preferences to load matching available stock. These are suggestions based on your saved inventory and filters; confirm the condition, price and suitability with the customer.
3.Arrange the next conversation
Use Book viewing to open the planner with the inquiry and vehicle linked. A WhatsApp shortcut prepares a message that you review and send yourself.
