Welcome to AutoHub4u. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoHub4u's auto consultant and dealer management platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoHub4u. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using AutoHub4u, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of AutoHub4u, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
To use AutoHub4u, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
AutoHub4u is designed for business use by auto consultants, car dealers, and related automotive businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may use AutoHub4u solely for managing your auto consultancy or car dealership business, including inventory management, customer relationship management, document management, and related business operations.
You agree not to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use the service for fraudulent purposes; (f) harass, abuse, or harm others; (g) scrape or harvest data without permission; (h) resell or redistribute our services without authorization.
All content, features, and functionality of AutoHub4u, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by AutoHub4u and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you upload to AutoHub4u. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.
AutoHub4u, the AutoHub4u logo, and other marks are trademarks of AutoHub4u. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
AutoHub4u offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to AutoHub4u. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AutoHub4u at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Different subscription plans may have different feature limitations, usage limits, or storage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request a data export before account closure.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOHUB4U DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOHUB4U SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoHub4u and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, rather than through class actions or jury trials.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by AutoHub4u.
