    Account Setup

    Set up your AutoHub4u account, complete your business profile, add team members, and configure security settings to get started.

    01

    Create Your Account

    Sign up and verify your email to get started.

    • Visit autohub4u.com and click 'Start Free Trial'
    • Enter your email address and create a strong password
    • Check your email for verification link
    • Click the link to verify your account
    • You'll be redirected to the setup wizard
    • Password must be at least 8 characters with letters and numbers

    Complete Business Profile

    Add your dealership information and contact details.

    • Enter your business/dealership name
    • Add your business registration number (optional)
    • Provide complete business address
    • Add primary phone number for customer contact
    • Enter business email address
    • Add GST number if applicable (for Indian businesses)

    Set Up Team Members

    Invite team members and assign roles.

    • Go to Settings → Team Members → Invite
    • Enter team member email addresses
    • Assign roles: Admin, Manager, Sales, Accountant
    • Set permissions for each role
    • Send invitation emails
    • Team members receive setup link via email

    Configure Security Settings

    Secure your account with 2FA and security policies.

    • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - Recommended
    • Add recovery phone number
    • Set up security questions
    • Configure session timeout (auto-logout)
    • Enable login notifications for suspicious activity
    • Review connected devices and sessions

    • Review available plans: Starter, Professional, Enterprise
    • Compare features and pricing
    • Start with 14-day free trial (no credit card required)
    • Add payment method when ready to upgrade
    • Configure billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
    • Set up automatic invoicing and receipts

    Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

    Highly recommended for account security:

    1. 1Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
    2. 2Click 'Enable 2FA'
    3. 3Choose method: SMS (phone) or Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Authy)
    4. 4For SMS: Enter and verify your phone number
    5. 5For App: Scan QR code with authenticator app
    6. 6Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
    7. 7Save backup codes in a secure location
    8. 8You'll now need code + password for every login
