    Quick Start Guide

    Get your AutoHub4u platform up and running in just 15 minutes. Follow these steps to manage your dealership efficiently.

    Easy Setup
    01

    Create Your Account

    Sign up and verify your account to access the AutoHub4u dashboard.

    • Visit the sign-up page
    • Enter your business/dealership name
    • Verify your email
    • Access your custom subdomain
    02

    Add Dealers (B2B)

    Setup your network of buyers and sellers for B2B transactions.

    • Go to 'Dealers' section
    • Add dealers you buy from (Sellers)
    • Add dealers you sell to (Buyers)
    • This is crucial for tracking profit/loss per car

    Add Inventory & Documents

    List your vehicles and track their physical documents.

    • Click 'Add Vehicle' and enter VIN/Variant
    • Upload photos and set prices
    • IMPORTANT: Enter physical document location (Rack/Box)
    • Set document status (With Seller, In Office, etc.)

    Configure Payments

    Set up how you track payments for both purchases and sales.

    • Go to Settings > Payments
    • Enable UPI, Cash, and Bank Transfer modes
    • You can record payments against specific Cars or Dealers
    • Invoices are generated automatically

    Launch & Share

    Your branded website is ready for customers.

    • Preview your public website
    • Share individual car links on WhatsApp
    • Track visitor inquiries in the CRM
    • Monitor activity logs for all updates
