    Add New Dealer

    Define the relationship.

    • Go to Dealer Management → Add Dealer
    • Enter Name, Mobile, and Location
    • Select Role: 'BUYER' (you sell to them) or 'SELLER' (you buy from them)
    • This role determines how their ledger behaves

    View Dealer List

    Track your network at a glance.

    • Filter by Buyers (Blue Badge) or Sellers (Green Badge)
    • See 'Cars Count': How many vehicles traded
    • See 'Remaining Payment': Outstanding balance instantly visible
    • Sort by 'Remaining %' to prioritize collections/payments

    Full audit trail.

    • Click the Info (i) icon on any dealer
    • View full transaction history
    • See list of all cars bought/sold with this dealer
    • Track payment dates and modes

    Understanding the Ledger Stats

    Total Payment

    Total amount already settled (Paid/Received).

    Remaining

    Outstanding balance. Red means pending.

    % Badge

    Quick visual indicator. 100% = Fully Settled.

    Pro Tip: Use the "Net Balance" view (Coming Soon) to settle accounts with dealers who are both buyers and sellers (Trade-ins).
