    Where to find it

Finance → Bank reconciliation → Import bank statement

Open this screenSign in with the required workspace permissions.

    Before you start

    • Record actual non-cash vehicle payments before trying to match them.
    • Use a CSV under 1 MB with at most 500 rows and the template headers.
    1. Prepare the statement

Open Finance → Bank reconciliation and choose Import bank statement. Download the CSV template. Use the headers date, amount, direction, reference, description, CREDIT or DEBIT for direction, and up to 500 rows in a file smaller than 1 MB.

    2. Preview before importing

Choose the file in the side panel, review Preview import and then Confirm import. Duplicate statement rows are skipped. Importing does not create a payment or change a vehicle balance.

    3. Review a suggested match

Choose Review match on a statement entry and select a payment inside the panel. Suggestions are within seven days and must match both amount and money direction. Cash payments cannot be matched.

    4. Correct the link

Confirm the match after reviewing the payment. Use Unmatch and confirm to remove a link. Matching and unmatching require Manage Payments permission and do not move money.

Use this alongside the fields shown in your workspace.
