    01

    Create Categories

    Set up main categories to organize your inventory.

    • Go to Settings → Categories & Tags
    • Click 'Add New Category'
    • Enter category name (e.g., SUVs, Sedans, Luxury Cars)
    • Add category description (optional)
    • Set display order for website
    • Save and create more categories as needed

    Add Tags

    Create flexible tags for special attributes.

    • Go to Tags section
    • Click 'Create New Tag'
    • Add tags like: Low Mileage, Single Owner, Certified
    • Choose tag color for visual distinction
    • Tags can be used across multiple categories
    • Unlimited tags available

    Assign to Vehicles

    Apply categories and tags to your inventory.

    • Edit any vehicle listing
    • Select appropriate category from dropdown
    • Add relevant tags (select multiple)
    • Tags help customers filter and find vehicles
    • Can change categories/tags anytime
    • Bulk assign for multiple vehicles at once

    Set Up Filters

    Enable smart filters for your website.

    • Go to Settings → Website → Filters
    • Enable filter types: Price, Year, Mileage, Category
    • Filters auto-populate from your inventory
    • Customers can combine multiple filters
    • Mobile-friendly filter sidebar
    • Preview filters on your website

    Optimize Organization

    Refine your structure based on inventory.

    • Review category usage monthly
    • Remove unused categories/tags
    • Merge similar categories if needed
    • Track which filters customers use most
    • Adjust based on search patterns
    • Keep categories simple and clear
