Quotations & booking tokens
Prepare a vehicle quotation, record a received booking token and convert an agreed booking into a sale.

Before you start
- Choose an available vehicle and confirm the customer, agreed price and future expiry.
- Staff discounts below the asking price require owner approval before reservation, conversion or link sharing.
Create a quotation
Open Sales → Quotations & bookings and choose New quotation. The side panel records the vehicle, customer, agreed price, expiry and optional inquiry. Staff discounts below the asking price require owner approval.
Reserve with a received token
Open the agreement and choose Reserve / record token. Enter money already received, its mode, date and reference. Only one active booking reservation is allowed per vehicle. Tokens stay separate from vehicle payments until conversion.
Convert or close the agreement
Convert a reserved agreement to a sale after checking its details. The token is added once to buyer payments. Cancel with a reason when needed; cancelled or expired bookings can request a refund of the remaining token through Approvals.
Share the customer view
Print the quotation or create a private customer link from the agreement. A quotation is not a tax invoice. An appointment reservation is a separate time slot, and this workflow does not collect or transfer money.
What to enter

Before conversion the token is held on the agreement. Conversion records it once as a buyer payment; it does not receive the remaining balance for you.
Common issues & fixes
Reservation or conversion is blocked
Review quotation expiry, discount approval, vehicle availability and any other active booking reservation.
