How new tenants join the platform.
User visits '/register'
Fills in Name, Email, Mobile, and Dealer Name
Submits request -> Status becomes 'Pending'
Security check before access.
Super Admin logs in -> Goes to 'Tenant Requests'
Reviews applicant details
Clicks 'Approve' -> System generates Tenant ID & Domain
User receives email notification (if configured)
Monetization flow.
Tenant selects a Plan (Monthly/Yearly)
Payment is recorded (Offline/Online)
Super Admin validates payment in 'Subscriptions' tab
Access is granted only after Active Subscription
