    Access Financial Reports

    Navigate to the financial reporting section of your dashboard.

    • Go to Analytics → Financial Reports from main menu
    • View overview of all available financial reports
    • Select report type: Revenue, Expenses, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow
    • Choose report template or create custom report
    • Set default currency and tax settings
    • Configure fiscal year start date

    Choose the date range for your financial analysis.

    • Use date picker to select start and end dates
    • Quick options: This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, This Year
    • Compare periods: Current vs Previous, Year-over-Year
    • Set custom fiscal quarters if needed
    • Filter by specific dates for special reports
    • Save frequently used date ranges as presets

    Generate Report

    Create comprehensive financial reports with detailed breakdowns.

    • Click 'Generate Report' button
    • View report summary at top (Total Revenue, Profit, etc.)
    • Drill down into categories and sub-categories
    • See transaction-level details when needed
    • View charts and graphs for visual analysis
