    • Go to Analytics → Custom Dashboards
    • Click on 'Create New Dashboard' button
    • Choose a template or start from scratch
    • Name your dashboard (e.g., 'CEO Overview', 'Sales Team')

    Select Metrics & Widgets

    Choose the data points that matter most to you.

    • Drag and drop widgets from the library
    • Select metrics: Total Sales, Inventory Count, Lead Response Time
